<p>Tijdens onze podcast hebben we het altijd over van alles rondom koekjes. Maar die koekjes zelf hebben we het eigenlijk nog veel te weinig over gehad. Tijd om eens dieper in te gaan op hoe wij nou onze lekkere koekjes maken. We staan echt uitgebreid bij alle ingrediënten stil. Natuurlijk bespreken we ook mijn vegan koekjes deeg. Wat is het lekkerste, wat werkt het beste voor strakke vormen en wat voor verschil maakt een ander ingrediënt nou eigenlijk? Allemaal info die je kan gebruiken om zelf jouw perfecte deeg te creëren. </p>

Onze 1e gast Marin en haar DIY kits
<p>Nu het ons eindelijk lukt de podcast wat consequenter te plaatsen, vonden we het leuk om eens een gast uit te nodigen. Iemand die net als ons gek is op koekjes, maar juist ook weer haar eigen werkwijze heeft. Daarom kozen we voor onze allereerste gast voor Marin van <strong>Marin Cookies & Cakes</strong>! Zo leuk en gezellig dat ze erbij was! Tijdens deze podcast vragen we Marin natuurlijk alles over haar koekjes en komen we een hoop over haar te weten. Ook hebben we het uitgebreid over de toffe DIY koekjes kits die ze maakt. Ellen heeft dat in een heeeeel ver verleden wel eens gedaan, maar Louise nog nooit. Gelukkig weet Marin er wel echt alles over en deelt ze dat met ons in deze podcast! </p>
