#57 – Bestaanszekerheid vergoten door verantwoord delen van data
Met Diana Starmans (lid raad van bestuur Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB)) en Christian Verhagen (adviseur en partner VKA) De Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) zet zich in om de bestaanszekerheid te vergoten door proactief ervoor te zorgen dat mensen krijgen waar ze recht op hebben. Door niet-gebruik van regelingen zoals de Aanvullende inkomensvoorziening voor ouderen (AIO) kan de bestaanszekerheid echter in de knel komen. Om potentiële AIO-rechthebbenden te benaderen is het nodig om data van de SVB en het UWV te combineren. Om dit verantwoord, zonder aantasting van de privacy, te doen heeft de SVB een pilot gedaan met Multi Party Computation (MPC), een innovatieve techniek waarmee data versleuteld worden. In deze podcast gaat Diana Starmans in op de resultaten en lessen van deze succesvolle pilot.
