Vorig jaar schoven A'DAM toren-eigenaar Sander Groet, NS-bestuurslid Anneke de Vries, topondernemer Willem Sijthoff en oud-wethouder Carolien Gehrels schoven onder andere al aan.<br> <br> In 2024 starten wij met een speciale editie van De Podstad, namelijk in samenwerking met Ommetje met Tom. In deze editie komt onze specifieke kennis van de stad, architectuur en gebouwen samen met de interessante wetenswaardigheden van Tom en Josephine Jongbloed. <p>Dit is alweer de vijfde en laatste aflevering in de samenwerking tussen Colliers en Ommetje met Tom. In deze aflevering laten we ons inspireren door de architectuur van de stad, in het stadsdeel waar creativiteit leeft: Amsterdam-Noord.</p><p>We starten op het iconische NDSM-terrein waar Creative Director Geoffrey Timmer ons vertelt waarom dit stadsdeel een grote impact heeft gehad op zijn architectonische reis. De weg vervolgt van het inspirerende, duurzame Joolz-kantoor naar het EYE museum en we eindigen in het Hamerkwartier, met prachtig uitzicht op het IJ.</p>
