Daan Doesborgh, Yentl van Stokkum en Johan Kuiper hebben inmiddels Gent bereikt in de kikkergroene Opel Agila van dichter Sophia Blyden. Daar spreekt Daan met Dominique de Groen over Maxime Garcia Diaz, een bundel die het de lezer niet makkelijk maakt, en met tederheid naar lelijkheid kijken. Ik zeg in de aflevering dat het nummer 115 is maar het is nummer 114, dat krijg je ervan als je bijna een heel jaar vooruit probeert op te nemen.

Aangekomen in Brussel is er volgens de kenners maar één ding te doen en dat is koers zetten naar Café Verschueren, waar misschien ook ooit wel een schrijver geweest is.

In 2017 was Lieke Marsman als een van de eersten te gast in deze podcast, in aflevering 12. Vandaag werd bekend dat ze op 35-jarige leeftijd is overleden. Het is een idee waar de Nederlandse poëziewereld al een tijdje aan heeft kunnen wennen, maar dat maakt het niet makkelijker, niet eerlijker, niet minder doodzonde.
