St. John the Baptist
We recorded this podcast during Advent but then ended up taking the Advent and Christmas season off from posting...
Anyways! Here is an episode of my husband Sam and I reflecting on the life of Saint John the Baptist. Saint John was an absolute powerhouse of a man. He was the "GREATEST man born of a woman" in the words of the one and only Jesus Christ. We did not find words more powerful than that to describe him in this episode but we did take the time to marvel at the role he played in salvation history. Enjoy this episode, check out the website (https://deadfriendsaints.com/) and Saint John the Baptist, pray for us!

Part 2 - St. Titus Brandsma (Revisited) with guest Fr. Wil Kratt
Today we are revisiting an episode recorded in 2022 all about Saint Titus Brandsma! At the time of this recording, friend of the podcast, Father Wil Kratt was rapidly approaching his ordination to the diaconate. He is now a priest but listening to him speak about one of his favorite saints in this season of his life brought a smile to my face to remember. Saint Titus is a is a light of hope for the Beatific Vision through unspeakable suffering and horror. He is one of the Church's saints forged in the Nazi holocaust and remains an example of how we all must cling to Christ, regardless of the opposition we will face. Enjoy this blast from the past check out more about this and other episodes on our website. (www.deadfriendsaints@gmail.com/episodes/saint-titus-brandsma)
