Where you lead I will follow, Anywhere!
I start with some heartfelt shayari, only for Alba to interrupt with her classic sass. Just as I’m recovering from her roast, our Ema decides to stage a hunger strike worthy of a Bollywood movie. Drama much? Then Alba flips the script, gets all emotional about my audio letters, and calls me “crazy but in a good way” (the highest compliment she’s ever given me). We end with an epic fish fry session, complete with ASMR, family flashbacks, and Alba claiming she doesn’t miss having a sister (easy when you’ve got me!). Stress, Sapiness, and Surmai—this episode has it all!

Empty Nest?
And just like that, we have come to the end of this season—a season of madness, loneliness, and some major discoveries. In the quest to tell some fun stories to my daughter while she is away, I have discovered so much about myself. Are you ready for some wild adventures in parenting? Actually, in so many ways, we are looking for validation from our kids themselves. How much is right and how much is wrong? How much should be told or not told? What would she think of me? Why, why, why? Isn't this supposed to be the purest and most unadulterated relationship of our life? Oh, so many questions. Absolutely Ugach :( Tune in to hear me laugh, cry, and maybe even unravel a little as I embrace being a 'Perfect Mother' and savour the bittersweet freedom of an empty nest. Life's a mess, but it's always better with a splash of humour and a cup of masala chai!

Glass Half Full Or Half Empty?
I've always contemplated how to protect my child and shield her from the world's madness. How can I perpetually be there to ensure everything is alright? But I guess kids will have to learn to deal with it on their own, creating their style of defence mechanism against this big, bad world. To be honest, I've evolved over time; I fend off negative thoughts much better than I once did. Ultimately, we adapt and grow. She will also learn to grow through all the life experiences she will gather. Tune in to our latest episode where we ponder whether the glass is Half Full or Half Empty?

Sibling or NOT?
In this episode, let's dive headfirst into the age-old debate: Is life better with a band of siblings or as a solo act? The episode takes a comical yet insightful look at the dynamics of family life, whether you're basking in the spotlight as an only child or juggling the joys and jostles of siblinghood. From the love that binds to the battles over shared spaces, we explore how the evolving nature of nuclear families and sibling relationships impacts everything from personal growth to the division of the last piece of doughnut. While Alba kept pestering me to get her a sister, would she have truly been happy to have one? Sharing everything from LOVE to FOOD. With changing times, would a riotous exploration of the bonds have bound them? Check out this episode of doubts and discoveries. It's a heartfelt journey into the bonds that define us, for better or worse, in this episode of 'Deal With It.

Good Enough or NOT?

And then, what happened to teaching them to be authentic and true to themselves? Join me in this episode to address a somewhat similar dilemma. Tune in as we embrace the chaos, chuckle at our mishaps, and celebrate the art of being "Good Enough" moms.

Triple F - Food, Fashion and not so FIT!
As a mother, my relationship with food has not been something I can be proud of. Alba certainly can't look up to me in this matter. Then, I used fashion to get brownie points, and she took a complete U-turn by not being a typical girly girl. Of course, as a child, my fitness level is something we should just not be talked about. Come on, I started going to the gym after 40 years of age and after many failed yearly gym memberships. My journey always makes me think about what Alba would do about all these 3 F's. It is just so important to be YOURSELF, no matter what others think about what you eat, wear, or how you look. When we mothers didn't have such wisdom at an early age, how are they going to feel? I am sure kids today are more mature and less affected by their image in the world. Check out this episode for a light-hearted, candid chat about the joys and oops moments of motherhood, and how embracing one's true self is the best trend to follow.
