Jouvinal Moise is the current president of Haiti 33 months & counting. “Let’s not repeat 1986 era with BabyDoc.”
People has been asking for a dialogue over a year & he’s been avoiding to do so by sending other people to speak on his behalf. The UN of St. Lucia has requested a national dialogue as well. He’s put together a committee of people to represent him & to speak on his behalf; where 4 of the members of that committee has resigned. 🤔. Politicians admits to accepting money & vote buying is a common practice. Shortly after the people of Haiti began rioting for J.M. to step down. He’s been facing protest his entire time in office.
Venezuela aid program: $4B - 2008 could have repaired the country. Gov. audit shows embezzlement schemes. No Justice smh
Currently week 6 in protests... inflation has risen 20%. Gas cost is as high as $16/Gallon*
Lack of fuel/light in hospitals for generators
Worst crisis aside from earthquake that has hit Haiti in our time.

Roads are cut off. Burnings and riots everywhere.

My hometown, Jacmel has bedsheets up to prevent outsiders from entering their city.
Students at the State University in PAP on a hunger strike.
Haiti currency continues to depreciate.
The lack of Food and medicine in parts of Haiti due to the current state that it’s in.

U.S. Tax $ has always been involved in Haiti.

What’s really good?!
Dear Haitian People,
What's really good with the lack of #Homage in our community? To the point where it trickles down to the new generations and the cycle doesn't end.
What's really good with the lack of #support in our community? Instead of #collaboration they rather steal/cheat/kill for the process that they could have jumped on board with.?! Then to turnaround and not even execute properly.
What's really good with the lack of #trust in our community? Stop thinking everyone is out for your worse interest! I for one want to see everyone win; ESPECIALLY my own peeps! It's just sad not everyone has the same mentality.
WHAT'S REALLY GOOD MY HAITIAN PEOPLE?
Can we change the #narrative for once and for all? It's going to take us (leaders) to set the example for the youths and in retrospect show the elders how to do this.
Some may hate... some may laugh... some may cry... but my #ancestors got my back and will continue to lead the way as I continue to execute the overall mission... #UNITY !!
