In this series, Cassandra speaks back in time to herself, sharing wisdom that can only be gained from lived experience. She addresses themes of self care, mental health awareness, and authenticity with compassionate understanding.

You do not have to live in a world where your health needs are not being consistently met. You are an adult - pick up the phone and call the doctor, even though you’re sure you’ll cry the whole time.

I have seen you accomplish so much more than you are dreaming about right now, and you will eventually be kind of glad that you didn’t actually die when you thought you wanted to. You’re still going to want to die sometimes, though.
