🎙️ Dear Let It Go & Grow
Primas, maybe growth isn't always about becoming more.
Sometimes it's about finally realizing what you can let go of. 🤍
This week, we're yapping about the things that once felt SO important and the freedom we've found in caring a little less. 😂 From trying to be the perfect mom and keeping a perfectly clean house to maintaining friendships we've outgrown, and comparing timelines.
We're also getting into body changes, FOMO, parenting expectations, marriage, clutter and all those little things we've realized simply don't deserve as much of our energy anymore.
Because the older we get, the more we're learning that letting go doesn't always mean giving up.
Sometimes, letting go IS the growth.
So, Prima: what are you still holding onto that maybe doesn't need to come with you into your next season?
Come yap with us. 💌
And if you don't have a prima, we're your primas.

Dear Primas, Let's Facetime
🎙️ Dear Primas, Let's FaceTime… 📱💌
Primas, answer the FaceTime because we have THINGS to discuss. 😂 This week feels less like a podcast episode and more like one of those FaceTime calls where you start with, "Okay, what are you watching right now?" and somehow end up talking about books, kids, sauna strangers, and everything that happened this week.
Kristi and Clari are catching up on what we're currently watching plus the books we've been reading and listening to lately. 📚📺
And then… we need to discuss the sauna. 😂 From discovering that sauna reading might actually be the ultimate sweet escape to some very interesting people-watching moments, apparently the sauna has become its own source of entertainment. We're also catching up on the kids, their latest activities, balancing screen time with getting outside, and what family life is looking like lately. Basically, this episode has no agenda, just the kind of conversations you'd have when your prima calls and says, "Wait, I have to tell you something…"
In this episode:
✨ What we're watching right now
📚 What we're reading + listening to
🔥 Why sauna reading might be elite
😂 Our latest awkward/funny sauna encounters
👀 Shows we have THOUGHTS about
💌 Kid updates + family life lately
☕ Finding little pockets of downtime in everyday life
So grab your cafecito, put your headphones in, and pretend we're all on FaceTime together. And primas—we need recommendations! 👇🏼
What are you watching or reading right now?

Dear Sweet Escape
🎙️ Dear Sweet Escape ☀️💌
Primas… can we talk about the sweet escapes that keep us going?
Whether it's a solo Target run, an evening walk, a workout, a coffee in silence, or just getting out of the house for an hour, sometimes the smallest breaks make the biggest difference.
In this episode, Kristi and Clari are catching up after a busy summer filled with travel, family visits, kids' activities, and trying to find a rhythm that works. We're talking about the routines that help us stay grounded, the flexibility motherhood constantly demands, and why communicating with our partners about what we need isn't selfish, it's necessary!!
We also chat about:
✨ Creating routines that actually work for your family
✨ Getting out of the house with kids (even when it's a whole production)
✨ Why moms need breaks before they reach their breaking point
✨ Summer schedules, family visits, and balancing everyone's needs
✨ Finding little moments of self-care without the guilt
If you've ever ended the day thinking, "I feel completely gassed," or wondered how other moms manage to pour into everyone else while still taking care of themselves... this conversation is for you!
So grab your cafecito ☕, take a deep breath, and come hang out with your primas!
Because sometimes your sweetest escape is simply knowing you're not doing this alone. 💌
👇 We'd love to hear from you in the comments:
What's your version of a "sweet escape"? A walk? Reading? Golf? A Target run? Tell us! We're always looking for ideas. 🤍
