<p>There is something so profound in the moment a woman let's her guard down and owns her story for all of it's beauty and pain.</p> <p>If you saw or spoke to Loz Markham now you would think one thing - what a freaking queen. She is a business owner, sports presenter and content creator - three things she would have refused to believe were possible for her as a teenager battling with anxiety. Loz struggled with anxiety throughout her teenage years, which often left her feeling alone, weak and as though she was the problem.</p> <p>After leaving school she took matters into her own hands and embarked on a journey of self discovery and healing.
