So... WTF is Tarot? ft. Cacee Calvert EP.7
Buckle up queens and kings, we're diving into Tarot 101 and talking about what it is and how YOU can use it to enhance your spiritual journey. Tarot is hands down the biggest spiritual tool in my modern journey and I couldn't wait to talk about it with the person to introduced me to it, my goddess Gemini friend Cacee! In this episode, we talk about the history of tarot, what it is, how you find your deck, how you cleanse your deck, what a reading looks like, what questions to ask your deck and how you can learn to do readings on yourself or another if that's your goal. We also discuss the myths and stigmas associated with this sacred process.

Dear Yoga, IGNITE Our Healing ft. Jake Grossman EP.6
Yoga is for every BODY and everybody. Together, yoga can save the world - I truly believe that. In today's episode, I talk to Jake Grossman - a dedicated yoga teacher in Seattle and true representation of what it means to live the 8-limbs. So, what is yoga anyways? How can it ignite our healing process and create an overall better world? Jake and I talk about what yoga is, how we fell in love with the practice and how YOU can too. Yoga doesn't have to be intimidating, and in fact, that's the core intention of this episode. I found yoga at the peak of my darkest hour. I was on anti-depressants and struggling for my will to live. Without this essential, beautiful practice, the world would not be the same.
If you are in the Seattle area, be sure to take Jake's class at one of the Get Zen Hot Yoga locations!
Visit www.getzenyoga.com. His classes are also available on YouTube as we navigate the world of COVID-19.

Are Tattoos + PIERCINGS a Spiritual Practice? ft. Ryan Dreyfuss (Tattoo Shop Owner) EP.5
Today's show features Ryan Dreyfuss - not only is he my brother, but he owns Relic Body Arts in Las Vegas and his entire body is an art canvas. Tattoos, piercings, body mod and everything in between. What does it all mean as we journey home to ourselves to be more accepting of our bodies and our emotional journey? We talk about how the world judges him and the community based on the art on his skin and how ultimately, none of that matters if you are happy with yourself. This conversation was enlightening and meaningful and I hope you love it as much as I loved recording it! If you find yourself in Las Vegas and want to get your own piercing or tattoo in honor of your journey (or just because, well, you fricken want to!) then make an appointment with Relic.
