Leadership is about setting up a vision, a direction, something which is high-level and serves as a map. Management is about the execution of the tasks involved with making a vision reality, paving the road drawn on the leader’s map. I discuss how we can think as the leaders & managers of our life.

Humans are part of nature, and a natural process cannot have its stages skipped. Think about crop yield; if you don’t plant the seed in spring, then you will not get the return in autumn. Because humans are a natural process we cannot skip stages; we can't get good results through quick fixes; instead, we need to look deep, and I mean deep inside our character; we need to build our inner characteristics like gratitude, empathy, self under-understanding. The real core humour values which will give us long-term success.

With freedom comes great responsibility. People are bad at managing their own time when there are no outside constraints. I have the same issue now that I am doing my thesis. I want to start doing the work during the day and leaving time for exploration (reading other things) in the evening.
