Pizza Magik
<p>🍕✨ "Pizza Magik" or "Burning Man Pizza: How to Make a Miracle Happen in the Middle of the Desert at Sunrise"</p><p>In this episode, we learn about real magic. Not metaphor magic. Wood-fired sourdough pizza at sunrise in the middle of the Burning Man desert during a DJ set with 2,000 people dancing around you, magik.</p><p>Greg made 50 dough balls in 110-degree heat. He borrowed a scale from a baker an hour away by bicycle. He got locked inside a refrigerated semi-truck for over an hour, and no one could hear him yelling because of the wind. He loaded a pizza oven, wood, and all the ingredients onto a golf cart at 4 am with no room left for himself and pedaled alongside it into the desert as high as anyone has ever been.</p><p>And then he made fresh pizza anyway.</p><p>As Sean Connery's character says in Highlander, right before dissolving into a miraculous explosion: if you harness all your energy into one moment, you can make a miracle happen. That is what this episode is about. Not Burning Man specifically. Not pizza specifically.
