Calming down after part one, Deegz & LP take trips down memory lane and get into their fighting history growing up.
We hear about Deegz first fight in school, an altercation that led to her being kicked out of the club, and that one time she ended up in hospital following another altercation in Northampton. Lloyd tells us about the time post-COVID when he had to lay hands on a police officer, and the twists and turns that followed after getting jumped by a local gang at 14.
We do NOT condone violence and it's clear both Deegz & Lloyd are clearly lovers and not fighters. Getting into physical altercations can have serious repercussions. Your life is precious so please, where possible, de-escalate and walk away.

It's so important to be able to speak on how you are feeling and identify the issues you're facing to get to the root cause. We encourage you to process your feelings and to confide in your people - sometimes we just need to talk it out.
