<p><a href="https://doi.org/10.1007/s00464-026-12715-7" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer"><strong>Minimally invasive repair of iatrogenic bile duct injuries: a systematic review and meta-analysis (Surg Endosc, 2026)</strong></a></p><p>Este metanálisis de 16 estudios evalúa la seguridad y eficacia de los abordajes laparoscópico y robótico para la reparación de lesiones iatrogénicas de la vía biliar. </p><p>Los resultados demuestran que la cirugía mínimamente invasiva es una opción viable con bajas tasas de fístula biliar (4.8%), estenosis (3.9%) y conversión a cirugía abierta (2.3%).</p><p>El análisis concluye que estos procedimientos logran resultados exitosos y seguros en manos experimentadas, con una morbilidad general aceptable del 16.2%. </p>
