   Be Not Afraid

   Hi Sparkles, welcome back to Intuitive Wisdom! This episode was sparked by a friend's book recommendation: Bob Goff's Everybody Always. One line from it has stuck with me ever since — "be not afraid" — and today we're unpacking what that actually means in practice, not just as a phrase to repeat. We talk about the difference between decisions made from fear and decisions made from alignment, why growth is supposed to feel uncomfortable, and why faith isn't the absence of fear — it's choosing to act anyway. In this episode: Why fear is often a knee-jerk reaction that robs us of the chance to actually tune in The perspective shift practice of "going left instead of right" and what it reveals Three questions to ask before any decision, big or small: Am I moving forward from fear or from alignment? Am I aligned with who I want to be? How do I walk with faith instead?
