Happy Valentine’s Day to my single or taken girls and boys! It’s officially self love season! forget about the chocolates, roses, sex, hotels, and restaurants. It’s really hard for some people this season and that is okay! In this episode I talk about how mental health has become an aesthetic phenomenon that adds bonus points to your personality. This Valentine’s Day, I dare you to take the focus off of yourself and your eventful weekend, and think of others, I promise it’s better than chocolate from Walmart! It’s good to be back and sharing with you! <3

In my 20’s s.2 ep.2
It’s not my job anymore sorry! I’ve had jobs where I threatened to quit from every other week, but didn’t because the money was good! We all have! However, this new job I took on doesn’t pay AND required peace of mind. Long story short, I said it’s not my job anymore and found other things to preoccupy my time, and I’ve never once looked back! So many of us wear multiple hats and put it on ourselves to be a handyman of broken relationships and burnt bridges, teacher for difficult (but grown) adults, judge AND advocate for situations where we knew wrong and right, actors of the perceptions people painted for us, and healer of reputations that others dragged. How about we trade in that job and all of the titles for a vocation that actually pays.

I took a break but I’m back! Energy is the newest form of currency and just like gas, prices have gone UP! In today’s episode, I outline things I’ve learned about how important energy and self-awareness are. Never devalue yourself or where you put your energy! It is really easy to feel like you have to overcompensate your character to seek value from others and please people, but that is over! An appraiser determines the value of property, such as real estate, or personal items but, they can only do so if they determine the value of a thing examined holistically! Never let anyone determine your value when they don’t know you! Season one has been a roller coaster, I can’t wait for the rest of season two to unfold and all of the lessons 23 will bring!
