Absolute Premiere: Ich habe Kochbuch Autorin Anita Klarmann bei ihr zuhause besucht. Sie ist die Autorin der "Holzofen Bibel" - und wenn man die ausprobieren möchte, dann braucht man einen Holzofen. Was für ein Glück, dass sie mich eingeladen hat, bei ihr im Garten mit ihr zu kochen und mehr über ihre Liebe zum Feuer zu erfahren. Spoiler: Bevor sie ihren 800 hatte, hat sie noch nicht mal ein Lagerfeuer angezündet und hatte keinerlei Erfahrung mit Feuer und Glut.

Sommerhausküche im hohen Norden mit Michaela Fuchs
Es ist Juli und alle sind in ihrer stuga, mökki, hytte - in ihrem Ferienhaus im hohen Norden. Man braucht nicht viel und es gibt auch nicht viel (außer eine wirklich hervorragende Internetverbindung überall). Es wird improvisiert, viel Fisch gegessen und eine Herdplatte reicht meist aus. Die Tage sind lang - die Saune ist heiß. Genau so stelle ich mir den Sommer im Sommerhaus im hohen Norden vor - und ehrlich gesagt sieht und schmeckt er auch in Michaela Fuchs neuem Buch "Sommerhausküche".

Mit Anne-Katrin Weber in der grünen französischen Bistro-Küche
Anne-Katrin Weber ist eine extrem fleißige Autorin, die darüber hinaus wirklich hervorragende Bücher schreibt. Deshalb ist sie auch "schon wieder" zu Gast im Podcast. Ich finde, es ist lange genug her, denn mit ihr unterhalte ich mich sehr gerne über Kochen, Rezepte und Genuss. Tatsächlich haben wir uns unter anderem deshalb zum Gespräch verabredet, weil meinem Mann ein Rezept aus dem Kochbuch überhaupt nicht geschmeckt hat. Welches? Hörst du in dieser Folge.
