Designed for Desire explores erotic interiors for child-free badass soulmates. Rock stars on stage, in the boardroom, or on the ice who desire a romantic lair that inspires intimacy and enhances their pleasure.
Hosted by Jenny, founder and Creative Genius of White Wave Design, a luxury full-service interior design studio specializing in bespoke homes for kink, fetish, and BDSM lifestyles that celebrate the weird, the wonderful, and the unapologetically unconventional.
Every other month, we explore the A’s to your Q’s about the design process, what it’s like to work with WWD, and the hopes, dreams, and fears that naturally come with creating a profoundly personal home. Through The Desire File, I wax poetically about an imagined 24/7 Dom/sub relationship and how I would design their home, and why.
More than design. This is identity.
How much does it cost? And how long will it take? I’m answering the two questions I’m asked most often and sharing the fucking numbers!!! We’re talking million-dollar retainers, multi-million-dollar design fees, wild ideas, years-long timelines, and why fluffing pillows is only 2 days of a 1,825-day project. You may want to sit down for this one.
Money, investment, costs, and time shouldn’t be such a mystery. Whether you’re dreaming of a one-of-a-kind kinky dream home, just curious about the answers, or a fellow designer or creative, let’s talk about what it realistically takes to create the beautiful homes that we do.

EP8: Q&A- Reno vs Build, Future of this Niche, Designing for Throuples, Bedrooms Are an Afterthought
What if your home isn’t the problem…it’s that it was never designed for you in the first place?
In this episode, I’m diving into renovation vs luxury new construction, why most homes quietly work against your lifestyle, and what happens when you design a home around intimacy, pleasure, and how you actually live.
We’re talking secret hallways, five-person showers, voyeur views, and why adding a playroom isn’t enough.
Plus, the future of this design niche, why kink and interior design have been having completely separate conversations, and why that’s about to change.
And I’m discussing why your bedroom is probably the worst designed room in your house. If your bedroom is an afterthought, your intimacy becomes one too.

EP7: Q & A- My Preferences, Clients Getting Embarrassed, Access to Lifestyle, Contractor Seeing the St. Andrews Cross
This week’s Q&A goes straight into the questions people are curious about but rarely ask out loud: my personal boundaries around kinks and preferences, why I don’t need to share my sex life to design powerfully for yours, what embarrassment really looks like in intimate design conversations, what I actually mean by “access to your lifestyle,” and what happens when a contractor sees the St. Andrew’s Cross. We talk privacy, discretion, kink-aware not kink-identical, and why professionalism, not oversharing, is what makes erotic and identity-driven homes possible.

BONUS EPISODE: Do You Actually Work With Gay Men?
This bonus episode is about clarity. About who I work with, who I design for, and why long-term, committed relationships matter in the work I do. It’s a conversation about representation, discretion, and creating homes that reflect identity, intimacy, and truth. A reminder that home can hold what the world sometimes cannot. If you’ve ever wondered whether your relationship, your dynamic, or your privacy would be respected here, this episode is for you.

EP6: Q&A- Ideal Clients, Saying No, Is Kink More Expensive, Control Clients Have
In this Q&A, I’m answering four juicy questions you sent in about ideal clients, saying no, whether kink makes homes more expensive, and how much control clients actually have. I don’t know the intention behind any of the questions, so naturally I gave multiple answers and went on several delightful tangents.
If you’re curious about what this work looks like behind the scenes, how I decide who I work with, what makes a kinky home cost what it costs, or why surrender is a design requirement… this episode is for you.
Let’s see how this experiment goes. It may never see the light of day. I posted it…so I guess it’s staying, lol

EP5: Desire File- LIVE TO RIDE
In this episode I take you inside Lucian and Patrick’s world, an age gap romance between a leather Daddy and his mischievous pup, and the Harley inspired playroom / motorcycle shop I designed for their kinky sex life.
We talk about their 24/7 D/s dynamic, why burgundy and leather feel like home, and how a fully functioning shop becomes a sensual, kink ready space with bootblacking, puppy play, watersports, and a milking table built right into the architecture. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to design a house around desire, this one is for you.

EP4: Talking to Your Designer About Your Kinky Sex Life
This episode is an intimate look at what happens when you sit across from me and tell the truth about your kinky sex life. Not the watered down version, not the PG version, but the way you live and lead inside a devoted D/s dynamic. We talk about rituals, roles, power exchange, and what it feels like to bring those private parts of your relationship into the open so I can design a home built for pleasure, intimacy, and the way your bodies move through space. This is not something you would share with just any designer. This is you, here with me.
We explore the moment you arrive, how your dominance shows up in the room, how your submissive softens beside you, the subtle body language I pay attention to, and why this conversation can feel terrifying even when you are confident in your sex life. You are not here for generic luxury with a dungeon slapped on as an afterthought. You are here because you want a home that honors your dynamic. Your erotic life is not a side note. It is the conversation.

EP3: Why I Started This Podcast
In this episode of Designed for Desire, I share the real reason this podcast exists and what led me to finally create it. It’s a story about honesty, loneliness, and the need for connection. I talk about finding my voice again, breaking free from censorship, and the courage it takes to be seen for who we really are. This episode explores what it means to create from truth rather than fear, to design from desire rather than expectation. Through reflections, storytelling, and a peek into one of my fictional love stories, Smoke & Mirrors, I invite you into the intimate space where pleasure, art, and identity meet. It’s raw, real, and a little rebellious. An open journal entry about why this work, and why this conversation, matters.

EP2: Behind the Design- The Discovery Call
This week, we’re diving into The Discovery Call, the very first step toward designing your sexy ass love nest. This is where curiosity meets clarity, where money, timeline, and trust take center stage. I’ll walk you through what actually happens during this one-of-a-kind call: what I ask, what I listen for, and how I know when we’ve got that undeniable spark. Think of it as foreplay for your forever fantasy, a candid, funny, and unfiltered look at how luxury design begins.
The Discovery Call isn’t a sales pitch; it’s the start of a relationship built on honesty, discretion, and desire. I’ll share how I prepare before we talk, what happens behind the scenes, and why privacy, boundaries, and chemistry matter just as much as budgets and blueprints. Whether you’re dreaming of a dungeon, a decadent retreat, or a home that celebrates every side of your pleasure, this episode pulls back the curtain on what it really takes to start.
