What if the grueling, exhausting work of healing was never meant to be your permanent state? In this episode, we explore how the early stages of healing - the endless routines, strict structure, and heavy effort - are actually just scaffolding.
Together, we look at the vital role intuition plays in shifting us away from forced, suffering-based healing and into the natural, effortless flow our bodies and minds were built for. We unpack how trauma and modern noise distort our internal compass, and how building true self-trust allows your nervous system to drop its guard and recover naturally.
In this episode, we explore:
Why early healing often feels like a heavy, full-time job and why that high-effort phase isn't a life sentence.
How trauma and hyper-vigilance mask themselves as "intuition," and how to tell the difference between fear and genuine inner wisdom.
The phases of the healing journey: Moving from strict scaffolding to intuitive trust to organic integration.
How people with and without trauma experience intuition differently, and how to unlearn the habits that keep us stuck in survival mode.
Practical ways to stop managing your healing like a rigid project and let your body remember how to heal naturally.
A note on where I am right now: I’m currently on a soft break from active live calls and daily social media to practice the very rest and integration we talk about in this episode! You can still access our full library of past practices and classes at the links below.

Insecure Attachment at Work: How Trauma Disguises Itself as Ambition

Are you actually "ambitious", or are you anxiously attached to your career? In this raw and honest episode, I share a peek behind the scenes of my business, my recent hiatus, and the quiet ways over-functioning and performance have sneaked into my work.
If you’ve ever treated your metrics, business, or career like an unpredictable partner you constantly have to soothe and perform for to feel safe, you are not alone. Together, we unpack how complex trauma and societal conditioning fuse together to trick us into using work as our primary source of validation - and why true rest can feel so terrifying to a braced nervous system.
In this episode, we explore:
How romantic anxious attachment and career anxious attachment are virtually identical.
The trauma multiplier: Why conditional love or emotional neglect makes us lean on performance culture to feel safe.
Why "doing nothing" feels like physical danger to a hyper-vigilant nervous system.
Behind the scenes of my business break: Letting go of desperation, overfunctioning, and forcing hard-to-maintain spaces (like IG) to align with true ease (like this podcast).
How to gently approach your trauma so your body can learn it is safe to rest.
Moving from treating rest as a reward for burnout to practicing it as an everyday somatic skill.
A note on where I am right now: I’m currently on a soft break from active live calls and daily social media to practice the very rest and integration we talk about in this episode! You can still access our full library of past practices and classes at the links below.

Alignment vs. Worth: Why Friendship & Relationship Breakups Aren't Proof You're Not Enough
Are you ready to stop earning your worth? Join us inside Dharma Dojo for August as we anchor into our theme: Enough. Click here to join us: https://www.thedharmadojo.com/join (https://www.thedharmadojo.com/join)
Whether it's the end of a romantic relationship, a friendship, or simply growing apart from someone you once loved, endings have a way of making us question our worth. But what if they were never about your worth in the first place?
In this episode, we explore the difference between alignment and worth, and why another person's ability to show up for you, choose you, or continue a relationship is not a reflection of your value. I share stories from my own healing journey and the full-circle moment that helped me realize many of the endings I once feared were actually guiding me toward relationships that were more aligned.
Together, we'll explore:
why breakups and friendship endings can feel so devastating
how highly sensitive people often tie rejection to their self-worth
the difference between rejection and redirection
how to grieve a relationship without abandoning yourself
and how building genuine self-worth changes the way we move through endings, loss, and change.
Some relationships end because someone doesn't have the capacity to meet you where you are, not because you weren't enough. My hope is that this conversation helps you hold your heart a little more gently and reminds you that every ending is also an invitation to come home to yourself.
If you're craving deeper support, join Dharma Dojo - a place where deep feelers practice the art of healing and authentic living together. Through live classes, guided practices, and a supportive community, you'll learn to reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your authentic self.
