少數族裔在香港面臨的其中一個最大挑戰是語言。 一班少數族裔青年朋友決定製作一個播客節目「Podcasters開咪!」，練一練廣東話,分享他們的故事,希望打破社會對他們一些刻板印象。 他們認同自己是「第三文化小孩」，因為成長過程中穿梭於不同文化的環境，形成了獨特的身份認同和視角。他們有更強的適應能力和對不同的文化能夠更為理解，但亦更常會可能面臨文化衝突，甚至是身份困惑。 今集節目主持愛美、成家宏和Wimmy會和這個播客的主持 Husnain, Kayna和Stephanie一齊同遊他們眼中的香港...

Eduardo Freyre 是古巴哈瓦那農業大學的教授，2010年與香港太太搬到坪洲，從此在此落地生根。他將在古巴製作牛糞肥料的經驗帶到香港，不時到梅窩等地檢拾牛屎，研究如何將其混合其他有機廢物製作成天然肥料，種菜贈街坊或提供給他們使用。 他甚至研究將牛糞製茶，藉此連結街坊。在島國古巴，社區人情味濃，他認為住在香港的離島也相似，人與人的聯繫更強，不會覺得被孤立。 今集主持成家宏和愛美會親自體會這個有古巴風情的坪洲。
