One Question Exposed Why My Mission Had No Energy Left In It
You can be doing everything "right" in your mission and still feel completely deflated.
In this episode, I share the moment my business coach asked me one question about my why, and I couldn't answer it with any real energy.
That's when I realized I'd been building my mission around the collective why (the bigger cause) and completely dropped the inner why (how I actually want to feel).
I break down the three layers of why every high-achieving woman needs —collective, external, and inner — and why skipping the inner layer is what makes a mission, a career pivot, or any big move start to feel forced instead of alive.
