The podcast for everyone.
Growing up as Queer in Ghana, I was always told that I had evil spirits I n me, there was no representation for me to look up to and that is ok to be different.
Today am the best version of my self and the man I always wanted to be. and I feel is time to show the world what I have learn and use my privilege to be that representation I wished I had for someone out there that needs it.

Why We Don't Talk About Mental Health in African Families
Why do African families stay silent about mental health — even when someone is desperately struggling? Ernest unpacks the deep roots of that silence — community, religion, colonial history — and names the real cost: inside families, in the diaspora, and in lives. He offers practical steps for changing the conversation, starting today. BFMHI: www.bfmhi.org #OLookPodcast #MentalHealthAfrica #BreakTheStigma #GhanaianFamilies

Queer Black men had it difficult growing, as there was nothing like visibility for them, including myself. That is why this podcast is set to be that which I wish I had growing up.
