What if fear never really leaves? What if the goal isn’t to get rid of it—but to walk with it anyway?
In this episode, I open up about two moments that hit me deep:One at the gates of a sweat lodge, overwhelmed by a wave of old social anxiety…And another, right after ending a yoga class cycle—driving home with heaviness in my chest, caught between closure and confusion.
Both moments were filled with emotion, discomfort, and the temptation to run.But I didn’t run. I stayed. And that’s where the real shift happened.
I also dive into the teachings from David Hawkins' Letting Go, the power of feeling our emotions fully, and the magic that lives just behind the fear we’re trying to avoid.
This episode is about emotional courage. It’s about choosing to stay with what’s uncomfortable. And realizing:Fear doesn’t stop us. Our resistance to feeling it does.

From Pain to Purpose: How Almost Dying Led Me to Yoga, Healing & a New Life
In this raw and deeply personal episode, I share the story of how a near-death experience cracked my life wide open—and led me to the healing path I walk today. It started with a wisdom tooth surgery that went terribly wrong. What followed was excruciating pain, a stubborn refusal to listen, and a hospital visit that came just in time. One more day, and the infection could’ve reached my brain. That brush with death became the wake-up call I didn't know I needed. For the first time, I realized something had to change. That moment of surrender brought me to my first yoga class—and in that space of breath and stillness, something awakened in me. I felt alive. I felt purpose. Since then, I’ve spent years shedding the habits, mindsets, and wounds that kept me stuck in pain. From selling drugs and numbing myself with distractions to becoming a yoga teacher, health guide, and present father—this journey has been anything but easy. But every scar, every tear, every fall was part of the path. This episode isn’t just about me—it’s an invitation. To stop waiting for pain to teach you. To listen now. To live fully. To turn your pain into purpose.
