<p>Über alle Sorgen rund um´s Motorradfahren, die bisher total tabu waren.<br><br>Jeden Sonntag neu!<br><br>Als Ex-Racer und Mentaltrainerin kümmere ich mich hauptberuflich um Hobby- und Profi Motorradfahrer, da ich selbst in meinen mehr als 10 Jahren Rennsport mit einigen Dingen gekämpft habe. Der Kopf fährt Motorrad - das ist uns allen mittlerweile klar. Aber warum tun wir so, als müssten wir auf dem Motorrad einfach "funktionieren"? Dieser Sport ist so emotional und wir alle lieben ihn so sehr, also lasst uns über alle Facetten sprechen. Es gibt hier keine Tabu-Themen!<br><br>Willst du auch Gast sein? Ep. 50: Spanien Trip "Alcarras vs. Cartagena"
Die ersten zwei Rennstrecken-Stationen auf meinem Spanien Trip habe ich schon absolviert und den Vergleich fand ich persönlich sehr interessant! Gerade Cartagena ist eine Strecke, die man sich Stück für Stück erarbeiten muss und die anders ist als alles, das ich bisher gefahren bin. Ep. 49: Spanien Trip "Die Fahrt hat echte Ängste in mir getriggert"
2.000 km meiner Reise sind geschafft! Ich bin in Alcarras angekommen. Bei einem Schweizer Veranstalter darf ich ab morgen für ein paar Tage im Fahrerlager unterkommen, bis es nächste Woche weitere 575km bis nach Cartagena geht... Dann kann ich endlich Motorrad fahren! Dass die Reise allerdings solche Ängste in mir auslöst - das hätte ich nicht gedacht. So habe ich mich das letzte Mal vor 9 Jahren gefühlt.
