Wie wird eine Toilettenschüssel gemacht?
Das Maus-Team ist zu Besuch in einem Werk für Toilettenbecken in Mettlach und findet heraus, wie aus Rohstoffen eine fertige Toilette wird: In der Fabrik werden Ton, Kaolin, Feldspat und Quarz mit Wasser vermischt, in eine Form gegossen und zu einem Becken gepresst. Doch die Toilette ist noch lange nicht fertig: Im Grünputz und im Weißputz wird sie weiter bearbeitet und schön glatt gemacht. Und bevor die Toilettenschüssel wirklich einsatzbereit ist, muss sie noch einen Funktionstest mit Golfbällen bestehen…

Stadtschafe - Teil 2: Frühsommer
Was machen Schafe mitten in der Stadt? Im ersten Teil der mehrteiligen Sachgeschichte wurde eine Schafsherde quer durch Köln zu ihrem Sommer-Arbeitsplatz am Grüngürtel getrieben. Nun ist das Maus-Team wieder zu Besuch und will wissen, welchen Job die Herde dort eigentlich übernimmt. Die Schafe sind echte Landschaftsgärtner: Sie halten das Gras kurz und sorgen dafür, dass die Wiese nicht zu hoch wächst – und das bei Hitze, Gewitter, Wind und Wetter!

Helenes neues Ohr – CI Implantat
Weil Helene vor kurzem immer schlechter Hören konnte, wurden in der Uniklinik ein paar Tests gemacht. Und tatsächlich hört sie fast gar nichts mehr. Normalerweise wandelt die Hörschnecke Schallwellen in elektrische Signale um, doch das funktioniert bei Helene nicht. Deshalb soll ihr ein spezielles Cochlea-Implantat beim Hören helfen. Das Maus-Team begleitet Helene bei der Operation und in den Wochen danach, denn ihr Gehirn muss erst lernen, mit dem Implantat umzugehen. Zu Beginn klingen die Stimmen und Töne für Helene noch verzerrt, doch von Woche zu Woche wird es dank Übungen und Spielen immer besser…
