About Digging Deeper by Dialed In Gummies
Digging Deeper by Dialed In Gummies is a culture-forward podcast exploring cannabis through the people shaping it. Hosted by Dialed In Gummies President Max Vansluys, the show features candid, thoughtful conversations with guests across cannabis, culture, food, art, retail, and adjacent industries. Each episode centers on one essential question: How did cannabis come into your life? Digging Deeper is intentionally human, not technical. It's about the stories behind the plant, the collaborations behind the products, and the people building meaningful work and community around cannabis. From operators and cultivators to chefs, artists, and cultural leaders, the podcast highlights collaboration over competition, craft over hype, and intention over trends. Whether you work in cannabis, are curious about the industry, or simply appreciate conversations about creativity, entrepreneurship, and culture, Digging Deeper offers an authentic look at the people and perspectives shaping what comes next. Cliff Haney on Lowtemp Industries & Scaling Solventless | Digging Deeper Ep. 11
Welcome back to Digging Deeper with Dialed In! The podcast where we go beyond the product and into the people, passion, and stories shaping the cannabis world. In this episode, we sit down with Cliff Haney of Lowtemp Industries, one of the fastest-growing solventless extraction equipment companies in the United States and beyond. Cliff shares how Lowtemp began in Denver as a small, community-funded operation building rosin presses out of a garage. Without outside investment, the company grew one piece of equipment at a time, eventually expanding from its original press plates into commercial hash-washing machines, concentrate dispensers, and complete solventless lab systems used around the world. Throughout the conversation, Cliff breaks down the solventless extraction process and the equipment helping producers scale it. He explains how the Osprey captures trichome heads, why Lowtemp developed a smaller system for home growers and small-batch producers, and how its concentrate dispenser addresses one of the biggest bottlenecks in cannabis production: packaging. The conversation also explores the future of solventless extraction, emerging international markets, the growing popularity of microdosed THC beverages, and why Cliff believes there is room in the cannabis industry for both rosin and other forms of concentrates. Chef Dave Hadley: Chopped Champ, Cannabis Pioneer & Story Behind the Samosa | Digging Deeper Ep. 1
Welcome to the first episode of Digging Deeper with Dialed In Gummies! The podcast where we go beyond the product and into the people, passion, and stories shaping the cannabis world. In this episode, Max sits down with none other than Chef Dave Hadley, two-time Food Network champion, cannabis cuisine trailblazer, and the creative force behind Denver's beloved Samosa Shop. A Culinary Institute of America-trained chef originally from New Jersey, Dave made his way to Colorado with culinary ambitions and a little secret. Before the restaurants, before the TV wins, before the samosas, there was cannabis. Chef Dave was one of the first people to see the intersection of food and cannabis as something real and something worth building back when Colorado's medical market was still finding its footing. In this episode, we dig into it all. His roots, what brought him west, his historic run on Chopped, and how he's spent his career merging refined culinary technique with the evolving world of cannabis.
