It's not your circumstances keeping you stuck! - Energy Update Oct 12-18, 2026

What if it isn't your circumstances keeping you stuck, but the belief systems underneath them? This week, my spirit guides are inviting you to look at what's coming up in your life a little differently. You've been doing the hard work, facing things head-on instead of avoiding them, and trying to understand why certain experiences keep showing up. But what if you don't need to know every step of the way? In this week's channeled message for October 12–18, we're exploring how your beliefs, your energy, and where you place your focus influence your experiences. It's about learning to embrace who you truly are, stop giving your power away, and recognize the opportunities for healing that are showing up in your life. We keep coming back to awareness, acceptance, gratitude, and choice. You can choose to repeat the same patterns, or you can choose something new. Something that brings you more peace, freedom, and ease. And here's your reminder: what's coming up for you isn't always meant to trigger you or send you down a rabbit hole. Sometimes, it's an invitation to get curious, see what's really going on, and give yourself the opportunity to heal. This week, I also share a moment to pause, take a few breaths, connect with your energy, ground yourself, and open up to receive. Allow yourself to feel the energy that supports healing, creating, manifesting, and living a life that feels more aligned with who you are. If this message resonates with you, please share it with someone else who may need to hear it. That's the purpose of these messages - helping them reach the people who need them. Thank you for being here and allowing me to walk beside you as your spiritual tour guide on this wild, beautiful adventure we call life. 🌟 I’m here to support you in releasing the blocks that have kept you from living with authenticity, vibrance, and deep alignment. It’s time to step into the version of you that’s been waiting to emerge. You hold the power — I simply help you remember how to access it. Through intuitive guidance, channeled messages, and grounded spiritual tools, I empower you to walk your path with clarity, trust, and a stronger connection to your intuition. There are many ways to work with me — from private sessions and group mentorship to in-person events and online programs. ✨ If you’re feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of who you’re becoming, you’re in the right place. Please take what resonates and leave the rest. Your discernment is part of your power. 1 Foot in the Past - Energy Update for October 5-11, 2026

This week’s energy forecast is all about truth, release, and choosing the path forward. With the New Moon in Libra arriving this week, we’re being invited into the darkness - not to fear what we find there, but to see what is ready to be revealed. In this week’s channeled message, my guides speak about the past, the belief systems that keep us stuck, and the truth that we cannot carry our past into the future we are asking for. You cannot walk in both worlds. This New Moon may illuminate something you’ve been unwilling or not quite ready to see. Something that needs your attention. Something asking you to release, forgive, heal, or simply accept. There is a fork in the road, and this moon is a choice. Can you trust your soul? Can you listen to your body and the wisdom you already carry? Can you put down what you’ve been holding onto so you have both hands free to receive what is waiting for you? As always, take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. And if something in this message feels familiar, listen again. Sometimes the truth reveals itself a little more each time we’re willing to hear it. I also share what’s happening throughout October, including Yoga Nidra, Night with Spirit, Sound & Spirit, Witching Hour, and the 2027 Soulful Mystic Planner. Thank you for being here and for allowing me to do the work that I do. I am so grateful to be a channel, healer, and spiritual guide. From my heart and soul to yours. 🤍

Fact or Fiction - The Imaginary Dancer Keeping You Stuck

What if the thing keeping you stuck isn't actually the thing you think it is? In this episode, we're getting curious about the difference between fact and fiction - and how our brains respond to perceived danger. Because your subconscious mind doesn't necessarily know the difference between something that is actually dangerous and something that simply feels unsafe. I share a personal experience with a body cue that had been showing up for me again and again: a feeling of hesitation in my chest whenever I was thinking about certain areas of my business and growth. I knew my body was trying to tell me something, but I couldn't figure out what. When I finally slowed down enough to listen, I discovered that what I was experiencing wasn't really about what was happening in front of me. It was connected to subconscious belief systems around safety that had been created long ago. Our belief systems can influence the way we see the world, the choices we make, and even the evidence our brains look for to validate what we already believe. And because the subconscious mind reacts before our conscious mind has a chance to catch up, we can find ourselves hesitating, overthinking, avoiding, or staying in situations we already know aren't right for us. But our bodies are also messengers. That anxiety that keeps showing up. The tightness in your chest. The gut feeling. The tension in your shoulders. Sometimes these sensations are invitations to stop, become present, and listen to what is happening beneath the surface. In this episode, we'll explore subconscious belief systems, perceived danger, nervous system regulation, body wisdom, intuition, and how we can begin creating new beliefs that feel safe in the body. I'll also walk you through a practical exercise to help you uncover the belief underneath a block, identify the perceived dangers your mind is responding to, and begin anchoring into a new belief system through the power of feeling and lived experience. Because your belief systems are not your identity. What happened to you is not your identity. When you become aware of what has been influencing your choices, you get to begin choosing from who you're becoming instead of what you were taught. It's time to listen to the messages your body has been trying to give you—and transform your life, one belief system at a time.
