Growing disciples through Scripture, conversations, and prayer—one 10-minute drive at a time. Discipleship on the Drive gives families simple, meaningful ways to talk about God's Word together wherever the road takes them.
Today, we're looking at Acts 19.
Discussion Questions:
Why did some people burn their magic books?
What might we need to give up or change to follow Jesus more faithfully?
Prayer Prompt:
Spend time today pray for the spiritual battle happening in peoples’ lives. Pray that the enemy would not convince people that they have all they need apart from God. Pray that every stronghold that tries to compete with Jesus in our lives would crumble and we would depend more and more on Him each day.
Unreached of the Day:
Our unreached people group of the day is the Gaaliin (Gahleen) people of Sudan, a country in Northeast Africa! The Gaaliin people speak Arabic and have a long history along the Nile River, which is the longest river in the world. The Gaalin people live alongside the Nile river, where farming and raising animals are important parts of life. Most follow Islam, and very few know Jesus as their Savior. We can pray that God will help Gaaliin families hear the good news about Jesus, that Christians will have opportunities to share His love, and that many will choose to follow Him!

Acts 18
Today, we're looking at Acts 18.
Discussion Questions:
Who were Aquila and Priscilla, and how did they help Paul? How did they help Apollos?
Who has helped you learn more about God, and how can you help someone else?
Prayer Prompt:
Think of one person who has invested the truth of God’s Word into YOU life. Take time to pray for that person right now. Pray that someone would also be investing in them and encouraging them and that they would feel God’s presence today in a special way.
Bonus points if you reach out and tell that person the difference they’ve made in your life and that you prayed for them today!
Unreached of the Day:
Our unreached people group of the day is the Yudi people of Israel! Many Yudi people have family roots in Libya, a country in North Africa, but today they live in Israel. They enjoy spending time with family, sharing meals, and learning. Most are Jewish and know many parts of the Old Testament but they do not believe that Jesus is the promised Savior. We can pray that Yudi families will hear about Jesus, discover His love, and choose to follow Him!

Acts 17
Today, we're looking at Acts 17.
Discussion Questions:
How did Paul explain the true God to the people in Athens?
If someone said, I dont know who God is, how would you explain who he is?
Prayer Prompt:
Pray that as you read the word this week, it will stick with you. And pray that as you talk to people this week, God woud give you opportunities to speak about what you have experienced in God’s Word and in His work in your life.
Unreached of the Day:
Our unreached people group of the day is the Dendi people of Benin, a country in West Africa. The Dendi people speak the Dendi language and have a long history connected to the ancient Songhai Empire. Many Dendi families live in northern Benin near the Niger River, and farming is an important part of life, but drought can bring hardship and leave children vulnerable. Almost all Dendi people follow Islam, and fewer than 1 in 1,000 identify as Christians. Although some Bible resources are available in their language, many have not clearly heard the good news about Jesus. We can pray that God will send Christian teachers, doctors, and missionaries to serve Dendi communities, that more people will have access to the Bible, and that Dendi families will come to know and follow Jesus
