What’s Your Grief was created by co-founders Litsa Williams, MA, LCSW-C, and Eleanor Haley, M.S., to make grief education and support more practical, accessible, creative, and relatable. While both women are behind this incredible resource, my conversation in this episode is specifically with Litsa. We talk about intuitive and instrumental grieving styles, why grief is different from depression and trauma, and how an unexpected loss can completely disrupt the mental map we created for our future.
