I open up about the anger I was carrying and the moment I realised I can’t control what others do or feel toward me.
I talk about learning to stop interfering in battles that aren’t mine, releasing the need to fix or force forgiveness, and choosing instead to trust God to give me the strength I didn’t have on my own 🤍🙏🏽
Healing didn’t come from pushing through ,it came from letting go, being honest with myself, and allowing grace to meet me where I was.
