[…] So they, you know, do winter rye and then plow it back in to build up their soils naturally and then basically grow right on top of that. And we were basically having to tell them, Hey, please don't plow this under. We really like to harvest some of this. And they were like, right. So it's kind of one of those things I feel like, at least in Colorado, you know, I don't know. places like uh Canada's got it covered but here in Colorado you know it's one of those things where I feel like we were able to kind of take something that was genuine genuinely overlooked and they're going to bring it back and then you know we had we had to learn with these farmers as well because we got some of these rise in um early on when I worked you know we get these really wet years and so we get high oils and we got to learn with these guys like we would have issues because the oils were so high on these grains where the oils would actually coat the inside of the copper stills.
