[…] So I think the, you know, right now the, you know, we recognize that striped bass are a real problem. Harvest still is an issue, but so is what they have to eat. And it's very hard to rebuild the species if their primary food source is no longer there. And if you look around the Chesapeake Bay, they're just not menhaden anymore. And there are very few striped bass too. And those things are related. So we need to rebuild Menhaden. We need to rebuild striped bass. But when you rebuild something like Menhaden, you're doing more than just rebuilding striped bass. You're rebuilding the entire ecosystem all the way up and down the coast. […]
