Welcome to Disturbing the Peace Podcast! I'm your host and creator, Lindsay Janes. I'm a wife and mother of 2 in Northern Alberta. In my spare time and especially over COVID my interest in true crime, conspiracy theories, the paranormal, and history grew substantially. And so did the idea for this podcast. This podcast is based on historical crime and punishment, mysteries, missing persons, strange happenings, ghost stories, haunting, etc. focused in the Peace Region of Alberta and BC.

Welcome back Disturbed Friends! After a months long hiatus, Lindsay is so excited to be back in your ears. First, she discusses the Lindsay Clancy case and ponders the details of the trial that is captivating true crime audiences. Then, she discusses the tragic case of Judith Barsi, talented child actress who voiced Ducky in The Land Before Time and Anne-Marie in All Dogs Go To Heaven. Sadly, she never got to see the success of either movie, as her Father, Joe Barsi, would take her and her mother Maria's lives in 1988, before their release.
