What Actually Happens on a Sacred Pilgrimage?
4 Women Share their Stories of Cellular Transformation, Skellig Michael, and Sacred Sisterhood.
Do you hear the land calling you home?
Have you ever wondered what actually happens on a sacred pilgrimage, or have you been considering joining a spiritual retreat in Ireland? We often talk about "retreats" as a way to escape our daily lives. But what if a retreat wasn’t an escape but a return? A return to your power, your creativity, and your ancestral connection?
In this powerful "Retreat Reflections" episode, I am joined by four radiant souls—Brooke, Siobhan, Katja, and Josee—who journeyed with me to the sacred coast of Ireland in 2024.
This episode goes far beyond just travel stories. You’ll hear intimate reflections about chanting in hidden caves, receiving light codes at Skellig Michael, and connecting with the ancient. We are diving deep into the internal shifts. We’re talking about shedding old skins, the power of sisterhood, and how to bring that "retreat magic" back into your kitchen, your business, and your daily rituals.
In this episode, we explore:
Cellular Transformation: Brooke shares how the energy of the land didn't just change her mindset, but shifted her at a cellular level, making old habits simply fall away
The Magic of Skellig Michael: The story of a rough boat ride, a pod of dolphins that brought immediate peace, and the transmission of light codes at the monastery peaks
Healing Without "Doing": Siobhan opens up about navigating the retreat with a physical injury and discovering that you don't need to climb every step to receive the full activation; you just need to be present
The Power of the Elements: Katja and Josee discuss working with the wind, the cold, and the caves to unlock deep inner empowerment and connection to Source
"I’m not really quitting these old patterns... they’re quitting me. It’s almost like the behavior just stopped resonating because I’m at a different frequency now." — Brooke
