Diet - Retro Vibes 2.0 (00's House Edition)

Retro Vibes 2.0 is a journey back to where it all began...back to the days when I first stepped behind the decks at Café ’t Vervolg, right in the heart of Antwerp (Melkmarkt). It started on Tuesdays during “Happy Hour”, discovering what it meant to read a crowd, and soon grew into a long lasting “Friday Night Residency” that shaped my love for music and mixing. Putting this mix together felt like opening those old record crates again — digging deep and bringing long-forgotten tracks back to life. Each record carries a memory, a moment, a vibe from a time when everything felt new, pure, and exciting. Retro Vibes 2.0 is not just a mix; it’s a tribute to those early nights in the 00’s, the atmosphere of the café, and the music that started it all. A nostalgic dive into the past, refreshed for today. A big shoutout to everyone who was there back then — the regulars, the friends, and all the familiar faces that filled the place week after week. You were a huge part of those nights and the energy you brought made them unforgettable. 01) Junior Jack – Stupidisco 02) Moby – Lift Me Up (Mylo Remix) 03) Just A Man – I’m Sorry (Club Mix) 04) Blaze – Most Precious Love 05) Michael Gray – Borderline 06) Pussycat Swingers – Once In A Lifetime 07) Tiga – You Gonna Want Me 08) Axwell – Watch The Sunrise 09) Armand Van Helden – I Want Your Soul 10) Bob Sinclar – World, Hold On (Club Mix) 11) Beatfreakz – Somebody’s Watching Me (Hi Tack Club Mix) 12) Paris Avenue – I Want You 13) David Guetta – Distortion 14) John Dahlback – Pyramid (Dirty South Remix) 15) Daniel Bovie & Roy Rox – Stop Playing With My Mind (Dub) 16) Gramophonedzie – Why Don’t You 17) Ron Carroll – Bump To Dis (Bart B More & Bingo Players Remix) 18) Laidback Luke – Break Down The House 19) Chuckie – Let The Bass Kick x The Pope Of Dope 20) Bodyrox – Yeah Yeah (D.Ramirez Mix) 21) Crookers – Knobbers 22) Gregor Salto – Bouncing Harbour (Funkin’ Matt Remix) 23) Fake Blood – I Think I Like It
