Welcome to Make More Money as a Dietitian, the podcast for nutrition professionals ready to build profitable private practice businesses that create more time, freedom, and flexibility, while supporting the life you want to live.
I'm Christine Thomson, Registered Dietitian, Certified Life Coach, and Money Mindset Mentor. After mentoring hundreds of dietitians on everything from pricing to purpose, I know this: imposter syndrome isn't your weakness; it's your sign that you're ready to grow. Success isn't just about strategy; it's about building the confidence to charge what you're worth and create a business that reflects your values.
Inside each episode, we'll break down what it really takes to thrive in private practice: from attracting aligned clients to raising your rates with confidence. We'll tackle the mindset shifts that transform imposter syndrome into your secret weapon, help you set boundaries that create true flexibility, and show you how to build the freedom you deserve without burning out.
Whether you're drowning in low-paying client referrals or ready to finally own your expertise, this is where you learn to feel as confident in your business as you do in your clinical skills. Because how you feel about your worth matters just as much as your business strategy.
If you're ready to make more money as a dietitian without sacrificing your values, your sanity, or your weekends, you're in the right place.
Let's create your version of success. Subscribe so you never miss an episode, and share this with another dietitian who's done settling for less.

Why "The Money Mindset Dietitian" is evolving into something deeper
What these 375 episodes will continue to do for the dietitian community

EP.374: The Final Lesson: What Money Was Really Teaching Us
After six years and 373 conversations about money, pricing, and professional worth, I'm going to tell you something that might surprise you: this was never really about the money.
Every episode where we challenged limiting beliefs about what dietitians can earn, every conversation about raising your rates and owning your value, every deep dive into money mindset: all of it was preparation for something deeper. Something more essential than your bank account or your business revenue.
It was about learning to trust yourself completely. And that's what this final lesson is about.
In this episode, I'm sharing the truth about what this six-year journey was really about so you can see your own transformation clearly. This is for every dietitian who has done the money work and is ready to understand what it was preparing you for.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE
Why the money work was actually trust work in disguise
How your relationship with money mirrors your relationship with self-worth
What it means that this specific work is "complete" (and why that's something to celebrate)
The real transformation that happened while you thought you were just learning to charge more
How the lessons from 374 episodes live on in you, even as the podcast ends
A blessing to carry with you as you continue trusting yourself in all areas of life

EP.373: Why I Haven't Recorded in 3 Weeks (And Why That's Actually Perfect)
You know that feeling when someone disappears for a few weeks and your mind immediately goes to: "Are they okay? Did they give up? Is everything falling apart?"
I haven't recorded an episode in three weeks. And honestly, I almost didn't tell you why. I just wanted to show up this week like nothing happened and keep it moving.
But that's not how we do things here.
Because what's been happening in these three weeks isn't what you think. I haven't been burned out. I haven't given up. And my business isn't failing.
I've been in one of the most aligned seasons I've had in years. And it's looked like the opposite of what hustle culture tells us success should look like.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE
Why constant content creation might actually be blocking your next breakthrough
The two seasons of business everyone experiences but nobody talks about (and why skipping one always backfires)
What integration actually means and why it's where real transformation happens
The pattern that's been keeping you stuck in situations way longer than you should be
Why your "gaps" might actually be portals to your next level
How returning to my prayer closet practice changed everything about my business clarity
The difference between rest that's strategic and giving up that's reactive
What I've been processing about marriage, business identity, and the future of this work
