Innimellom er det imidlertid parter som av forskjellige årsaker fører saken på egenhånd, og dette stiller særlige krav til oss i domstolene. Jordskifterettene har en større andel selvprosederende enn de alminnelige domstolene, og vi har derfor snakket med jordskiftedommer Kirsten Lyseng om hvordan hun tenker om domstolenes møte med selvprosederende parter. I tillegg har vi invitert Ragnhild Skjulhaug, som snakker om sin erfaring som nettopp selvprosederende. Episoden ble spilt inn i januar 2025 og programleder er Ola Berg Lande.
