Episode 147 - The New Chapter
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of my facelift journey—every step, every feeling, and why it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. I share how the procedure went, how I’ve been healing, and what it’s been like watching my confidence return in a whole new way.

So today, I’m opening up about the changes I’m making on Instagram—how I’m moving from primarily sharing my HIV story to creating a space centered on women, transformation, and empowerment. I’ll still speak on my HIV journey when it matters, but my focus is evolving. This new chapter is about self-growth, beauty choices without shame, and women lifting each other up.
