This podcast is meant to encourage and equip you to study the Word. Join me as I uncover word definitions, and historical context and later, ask myself questions to help me apply it personally. Expect stories, reflection, comparisons from nature, and more. I am bilingual so you might detect an accent. Most episodes are available in English and Spanish.
This episode explores a dangerous tendency many of us have when we read Scripture that may lead us to expect things out of the Christian life that may not be Biblical.

Paul talks about kids, slavery, and masters
I admit this was a hard episode for me to put together because I am neither knowledgeable or experienced on these topics> I chose to share things I found and thoughts I came across to better understand Paul’s address on them. This focuses on Colossians 3:20-4:6.
I used the Tony Evans Study Bible CSB version along with a few commentaries and interlinear bibles that are also available free of charge to you online. Remember to always invest in studying these topics yourself!

Uh-oh! Husbands & Wives (Col. 3:18-19)
In this podcast we discuss some things I learned about the Biblical functions of wives and husbands to the best of my ability after using biblical dictionaries to better understand wording that has made me feel negatively in the past. Some of my opinions are inserted here. Read Colossians 3:18-19 and Ephesians 5: 22-35ish, pray and study it.
