東海大學15th X 嵩岳咖啡莊園
<p>嵩岳咖啡莊園位於雲林縣古坑鄉，他們在1200m海拔高度的地方種植咖啡，而他們的咖啡豆也得到國際的認可，從栽種到銷售每個環節都有CQI Q GRADER(國際咖啡品質鑑定師）在控管品質，從栽種到銷售一條龍，更是需要控管好每個細節，除了每年台灣咖啡生豆評鑑外，在2020 CQI國際咖啡品質協會認證89.25分全球最高分，世界1。所以東海咖啡社特別從台中出發前往拜訪，並想了解到底莊園主人怎麼種出拿下CQI 第一名的豆子。</p>
