a podcast for people who think a lot and don't want to be told what to do about it.
sometimes that's me, thinking out loud. sometimes it's a conversation with someone whose story i genuinely wanted to hear.
either way there is no advice, no fixing. just a space to think.
i'm getting married, and turns out the wedding planning is teaching me more about relationships than the wedding itself. i'm back with a solo episode, on the walls i didn't know i'd built, why asking for help felt so hard, and the ordinary birthday that ended up meaning more than any grand gesture could. not really about weddings. more about what happens when you finally let people in.

caring too much at work, chatting with AI at midnight, and dreaming of somewhere sunny (with Eren)
this week i have with me Eren, a dear friend, an art director, ex-architect and self-described 8.5 out of 10 harsh self-critic.
we talk about what happens when you care too much at work and why we tend to that. about hiding your emotions in corporate spaces. about AI being a productivity tool, a sounding board, and maybe a little too agreeable. and about what it means to keep moving through jobs, cities, and interests without ever really having a plan.
also: devil wears prada 2, the sandwich feedback method, and what you'd do with your time if money stopped mattering.
no conclusions. no advice. just two people who overthink everything and have a bit of fun.

i am the brand, not the company i work for (with Lena)
Lena moved to Berlin, built a career in recruitment, worked at companies with big names, became a founder, got burned out twice, and somehow never stopped believing in herself.
in this episode, we talk about building a name that's yours - not borrowed from a logo, the reality of hiring behind the scenes, and what happens when you stop waiting for permission to create opportunities for yourself.
we also talk about fear, visas, burnout, career pivots, and why the most powerful shift might be realizing that you are the brand - not the company you work for.
if you've ever wondered whether you're building your own path or just borrowing someone else's, this episode is for you.
