The sermon presents a urgent call to Christians to engage in the cultural battle for truth, morality, and the sanctity of life by recognizing how language has been weaponized to redefine fundamental concepts. It exposes the distortion of key terms—relativity, tolerance, and discrimination—arguing that modern usage erases moral distinctions, equates evil with virtue, and undermines the ability to discern between good and evil, thereby enabling societal decay. Drawing from 1 Kings 3, the central plea is for divine wisdom to judge rightly, emphasizing that true civilization depends on the moral courage to distinguish between good and evil. The message then shifts to the pro-life movement, highlighting both alarming trends—such as the widespread acceptance of abortion and the complicity of Obamacare in funding it—and hopeful developments, including a growing pro-life sentiment among the young and a surge in state-level pro-life legislation. Ultimately, the sermon urges believers to be vigilant, informed, and active in defending life and conscience, especially through prayer, political engagement, and the dissemination of biblical truth.
