When we filter our well-being through the lens of spirituality, the answers to life's problems are all within reach. In this podcast I discuss mental health... or as I prefer to call it, "mental wellness" from a spirituality standpoint using the foundation of Law of Attraction. All of those seeking improvements for their mental wellness have desires for change and I am here to help explore what those are and how to go about implementing them.
