Jess and Mandy are fitness and nutrition coaches with day jobs in higher education and design respectively. After a long week of wrangling faculty and designing the next big thing, they love nothing more than to relax by discussing a wide range of reality TV, fitness, and the ongoing drama throughout western pop culture. Come hang out with them as they break down the interactions and social queues that often get overlooked while keeping it light with candy reviews and updates on their fitness journeys.
We aren’t currently watching any reality tv worth talking about, so we thought we would do a couple episodes on personal topics we care about. This episode is all about the holidays and the complicated dynamics that come with them. We go into family expectations, new and old traditions, and end with some epic baking stories.
