Should I Stay or Should I Go? Finding God's Direction in Church and Life
When faced with difficult choices, big transitions, or the exhaustion of simply "keeping things going," we often find ourselves asking the ultimate question: Should I stay or should I go?In this sermon, drawing from Kenny Rogers' classic wisdom and the Apostle Paul’s reflections from house arrest in Rome in Philippians 1, we explore what it truly means to discern God's will. Rather than measuring faithfulness by our ability to keep every plate spinning, Paul challenges us to look deeper: What is necessary for the gospel? How do we know when to persevere, when to let go, and how to look beyond ourselves to support the wider body of Christ?Whether you are facing a personal crossroads or thinking about the future of your local church community, this message offers practical wisdom, grace, and a reminder that whatever comes next, to live is Christ.

Just Do It: The Original Call to Action Part 2
What does Jesus mean when he tells us to “believe the good news”?We often think of belief as agreeing that something is true. But in Mark 1:15, the biblical idea of belief is much more active. It means trusting, relying on, and putting our confidence in someone. In this talk, we look at the difference between simply believing something intellectually and actually putting our weight on it — with a little help from an old Dr Pepper advert and an ordinary chair.Jesus' call is simple:“The time has come. The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news.”What are we really trusting? And where are we putting our weight?#Christianity #Jesus #Bible #Faith #Mark1
