   17. A New Chapter – Closing Our Restaurant & Trusting the Unknown

Hello, my beautiful souls – I’m back! It’s been a while, and in this deeply personal episode, I share the biggest news yet: we’re closing our restaurant after seven incredible years. Yes, you heard that right. We’ve made the official decision to end this chapter and begin something completely new—without having the next step fully figured out. Over the past month and a half, life has been a whirlwind. From exhaustion to intuitive clarity, I’ve been stretched in every way—mentally, emotionally, physically—and finally, the decision we’ve been wrestling with is now real. We’re moving back to the valley, starting fresh, and choosing what’s best for our family and our girls. In this episode, I talk about: • Why we’re saying goodbye to our seven-year-old business • The emotional rollercoaster of letting go of something you built with love • Trusting intuition over logic and certainty • What it means to close a chapter without a solid plan—and still feel at peace • Honoring seasons of change and learning to move through them with courage • The deep desire to follow my calling and become the woman I was meant to be If you’ve ever felt the pull to do something radically different—even when it makes no sense to others—this episode will remind you that you’re not alone. Sometimes the biggest leaps begin with just one quiet, persistent inner voice. ⸻ Let’s Stay Connected: Follow my journey on Instagram: @tipa_pro_dream_become_inspire Want to share your own story or reflections? 16. The Power of Pausing – Why Alone Time Matters

Hello, my beautiful souls! Today’s episode is a little more raw, a little more personal. After a week filled with intense work, family responsibilities, and a sick little one at home, I’m opening up about something crucial we often forget: the need to pause and recharge. We often push through exhaustion and overwhelm, thinking we can handle it all. But sometimes, the best thing we can do for ourselves—and for everyone around us—is to retreat, recharge, and simply be. This week, I share my real-life story of hitting my physical and emotional limits, why I needed to step back (even from recording the podcast), and how taking a sacred pause helped me reset and return stronger. In This Episode, I Talk About: • Managing life, business, and motherhood during chaotic seasons • The intense work week, a sick child, and complete physical exhaustion • Why rest isn’t a weakness—it’s necessary for survival and success • How I recharge: quiet spaces, nature, naps, and true alone time • Understanding our personal rhythms and respecting them • A reminder to normalize taking space when we need it—without guilt If you ever feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or like you’re losing yourself in the busyness of life, this episode is your permission to slow down, step away, and care for your soul. 15. A Week in the Life – Behind the Scenes of Our Wild Work Week

Hello, hello my beautiful soul! In this episode, I take you with me—literally—as I record from the car while driving home after one of the most intense weeks we’ve had in a long time. It’s a raw, real-time recap of what life looks like behind the scenes of running a mountain guesthouse and restaurant with my husband, parenting two little girls, hosting back-to-back school groups, and trying to keep the rhythm of life flowing. I share how we went from zero to 200% work mode overnight, what our daily schedule looked like feeding and caring for 15 kids (with multiple dietary restrictions!), and how we somehow survived without electricity midweek while still keeping everything running. In This Episode, I Talk About: • The reality of 12–14 hour workdays in hospitality during peak weeks • Hosting a week-long “school in nature” for teenagers—meals, beds, activities, and all • Managing everything with no electricity and only one gas stove (yes, really!) • Balancing motherhood, cooking, cleaning, guests, and staying sane • Feeling physically exhausted but emotionally content and grateful • How we’re carving out family time to recover and reconnect • What we’re doing next week to catch our breath This is a behind-the-scenes look into the beauty and chaos of living your dream—even when it’s hard, messy, and leaves you falling asleep at 8 p.m. with your kids. If you’ve ever tried to balance motherhood, business, and your own well-being… this one’s for you. ⸻ Let’s Stay Connected DM me on Instagram [@tipa_pro_dream_become_inspire] and tell me about your week—I’d love to hear how you’re navigating your own wild ride. Thank you for tuning in. Until next Monday, stay inspired and take one step at a time. With love, Tina

   14. Trust the divine timing

Hey my beautiful soul, welcome back! In today’s heartfelt episode, I’m tuning into share a story that’s been sitting on my heart—a story about failure, persistence, divine timing, and how sometimes a soul-crushing no can turn into a soul-igniting yes. I take you behind the scenes of one of my most humbling moments: the time I launched my mushroom grow kit at a medieval Christmas market… and sold exactly zero boxes. I cried in my car. I questioned everything. And yet, months later, that same opportunity returned in the most unexpected, affirming way. In this episode, I talk about: • The harsh shift from slow winter days to full-on 12-hour restaurant workdays • Hosting our annual women’s trip and the magic of long-time friendships • Why the first mushroom market was physically and emotionally brutal • Rejection after rejection—and the pain of pouring love into something no one buys • How that same failed event led to a future speaking invite and unexpected sales • Realizing I do have expertise worth sharing—and it lights me up • Trusting divine timing and why “no” doesn’t always mean “never” • A raw reminder: just. keep. going. This is your reminder (and mine) that rejection isn’t always the end—it might just be the beginning. So if you’re feeling knocked down, I hope this story helps you get back up. Mentioned in this episode: • My mushroom grow kits (check them out here: https://myfunfungi.etsy.com (https://myfunfungi.etsy.com) if you’re in Europe!) • Crystal mushroom terrariums – the cutest, most magical gifts https://myfunfungi.etsy.com/listing/1821057212 (https://myfunfungi.etsy.com/listing/1821057212) • Dream Become Inspire on Instagram: @tipa_pro_dream_become_inspire Final thought: Keep listening to that small voice that says, keep going. One step at a time. One tiny “yes” at a time. You’ve got this.

    8. Turn your fears into your purpose

Welcome back, beautiful souls! In this episode of Dream, Become, Inspire, we dive deep into a transformative concept that found its way to me twice in the same day—so I knew I had to share it with you! This technique is all about facing your deepest fears, not as obstacles but as signs pointing you toward your true desires and purpose. If you’ve ever felt lost, unsure of what you really want, or disconnected from your soul’s calling, this episode is for you. In This Episode, We Explore: • Why fear isn’t just something to avoid—but a tool for self-discovery • How I stumbled upon this concept through Mel Robbins and Tim Ferriss in one day • A powerful 5-step technique to uncover your true desires • How shifting your focus from fear to abundance can transform your mindset • My personal journey of searching for my soul’s purpose The 5-Step Fear Discovery Exercise: Take out your journal and try this guided exercise: 1. Identify Your Fear • What is something that truly terrifies you about your future? Write it down. 2. Feel It in Your Body • Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and notice where you physically feel this fear. Let it be there without resistance. 3. Explore the Worst-Case Scenario • What’s the absolute worst thing that could happen? Write it all down. 4. Reverse the Narrative • Ask yourself: What is this fear trying to teach me? What’s the lesson hidden in it? 5. Uncover Your True Desire • Flip your fear into its positive opposite. If you fear failure, your true desire is success. If you fear losing, your true desire is gaining. Find ways this positive truth already exists in your life. Journal Prompts: • What would my life look like if I stopped running from this fear and embraced its message? • Where in my life am I already successful, abundant, or fulfilled in ways I may not have noticed before? • How can I use this new perspective to take action toward my dreams? 5. A Decade of Growth: Journaling, Reflection & New Beginnings

Hello, hello! Welcome back to the Dream, Become, Inspire podcast! Today is a special episode because—drumroll—it’s my birthday! I just turned 39, and as I step into my last year before 40, I feel a deep urge to reflect on the past decade. So, I did something powerful—I journaled on the last 10 years of my life. In this episode, I share how looking back at an entire decade (instead of just a year) reveals immense personal growth, resilience, and transformation. It’s incredible how much we evolve when we zoom out and reflect on the bigger picture. I also walk you through three journal prompts that helped me see how far I’ve come—and they can do the same for you! Whether you’re approaching a milestone birthday or simply want to appreciate your journey, this practice is eye-opening and energizing. Grab a notebook, make yourself a cup of coffee, and let’s dive in. Journal Prompts to Reflect on the Last 10 Years: Milestones & Lessons: What were the most significant events (both positive and challenging) of the past 10 years? What lessons did they teach you, and how have they shaped who you are today? (Bonus: Try listing one key lesson for each year to truly see your growth.) Growth & Strengths: How have you evolved emotionally, mentally, and spiritually over the past decade? What strengths or qualities have you developed that your younger self would be proud of? A Letter to Your Younger Self: Imagine you could sit down with your 10-years-younger self. What advice, encouragement, or reassurance would you give them? What would you tell them about the challenges and joys ahead? As I celebrate my birthday, I invite you to celebrate your own journey—where you’ve been, how much you’ve grown, and the exciting future ahead. If you found this episode valuable, my birthday wish is for you to share it with a friend or post about it on Instagram or TikTok! Let’s keep growing this amazing community together.
