Will Anyone Buy This? | Choodu Founder Athul Krishna
At 21, Athul Krishna had something many young people would hesitate to walk away from — a software job and a ₹25,000 salary.
What he didn't have was certainty.
He had an idea called Choodu and one persistent fear: Would anyone actually buy it?
In this episode, the young entrepreneur from Thrissur shares how a simple idea became a real product, why he started small instead of risking everything, the months he spent pursuing financing, and what kept him going.
His philosophy is surprisingly simple:
Idea or execution? Execution.
Skill or mindset? Mindset.
And above everything else — consistency.

Ashin Krishna on CocoBot: The World's Fastest & Lightest Coconut Harvesting Machine?
In this episode of Dream Malayalam, I sit down with Ashin Krishna, founder of Altersage Innovations, the startup behind CocoBot — described as the world's fastest, lightest, and most advanced coconut harvesting machine.
Kerala faces a growing shortage of skilled coconut climbers. Harvesting is risky, physically demanding, and increasingly unsustainable. Instead of accepting the problem, Ashin asked a bold question:
How can I solve this problem?
From prototypes and early failures to building a real tech startup in Kerala, Ashin shares the mindset, challenges, and vision behind CocoBot. We discuss innovation in agriculture, building hardware startups in India, and why world-class technology can emerge from local problems.
This is more than a robotics story.
It's about courage, persistence, and creating solutions from the ground up.
🎧 Listen now to discover how one idea is reimagining coconut harvesting.

One Hand, Infinite Courage – Anjana Shaji
What if one hand was all you had — and it was still enough?
In this episode of Dream Malayalam, we speak with Anjana Shaji, founder of One Hand Embroidery, whose journey is a quiet testament to resilience and self-belief. With just one hand, Anjana transformed limitations into purpose, building a life rooted in creativity, confidence, and courage.
This conversation goes beyond embroidery. It explores identity, inner strength, and the power of believing in yourself when the world doubts you. Honest, heartfelt, and deeply human, this episode is for anyone who has faced setbacks — and chosen to move forward anyway.
