Trust Your Gut: How to Find the Work You’re Meant to Do
In this episode of Driven by Purpose, Isaac, Evan, and Mike sit down with entrepreneur, media expert, and creative thinker Matt Gottesman to explore what it really means to find work that feels like your own. From working with major global brands like Louis Vuitton and Moët Hennessy to building his own media and publishing ventures, Matt shares the lessons, failures, and mindset shifts that shaped his journey.
Together, they unpack why purpose matters more than any single business idea, how to recognize the skills that come naturally to you, and why trusting your instincts may be more important than ever in an age of algorithms and AI. Matt also shares how his father's advice pushed him to stop building everyone else's vision and finally make his own run.
We explore:
▫️ Why staying connected to your mission can help you navigate failure, change, and pivots
▫️ How to recognize the natural skills and interests that could shape your career
▫️ Why trusting your gut and developing your own perspective still matter in the age of AI
▫️ How AI can accelerate the work you love without replacing your creativity or judgment
▫️ What it means to leave room for growth, faith, and the possibilities you can't see yet

Rich Padulo on Making Halloween Accessible for Every Kid
Halloween is supposed to be fun for every kid, but a house with a lot of stairs can shut some of them out.
Evan, Isaac and Mike sit down with Rich Padulo, co-founder of Treat Accessibly. It started in 2017, when Rich’s six-year-old daughter saw a boy in a wheelchair and asked how he would trick-or-treat at their house. They made a lawn sign that night. Today, more than 300,000 homes across Canada have one. Rich explains how the movement runs, why brands like Canadian Tire, RE/MAX and Kinder are behind it, and how it’s growing from single homes to whole streets.
We talk about:
▫️ How one lawn sign started Treat Accessibly
▫️ Why non-edible treats help kids with all kinds of disabilities
▫️ The new “street captain” program
▫️ How brands fund a movement that isn’t a charity
▫️ How to bring accessible trick-or-treating to your neighborhood
