Mercy Killings or Murder? The Disturbing Case of the Hospital Orderly Who Played God
Donald Harvey, known as the "Angel of Death," was arguably the most prolific serial killer in United States history, committing murders at hospitals just three hours away from our location. His killing spree began at Marymount Hospital in London, Kentucky, where he worked as an orderly.
This episode explores not just the horrors Harvey committed, but the systemic failures that allowed him to continue killing for so long. How many lives could have been saved if someone had just listened to that drunk man confessing to murder back in 1971? What happens when institutions prioritize reputation over patient safety?
Dive into this disturbing true crime story with us, and remember—sometimes the most dangerous people can be the ones wearing hospital scrubs or white coats.
